Return & Refund Policy

 At Basketville, we believe in a key selling principle: Do not sell, what you would not consume yourself. The products that we sell at our platform are NABH lab tested for excellent quality. Considering the nature & the sensitivity of the food consumables, we have a no-return policy on our nuts, dried fruits, spices and seeds product range however despite of the stringent quality checks and hand selection of the dry fruits, if you find quality challenges then we shall offer you a choice to return the purchased items within 2 days of receiving the product. In case of return, we will credit your paid amount as cash back either by reducing the courier’s charges into your Basketville account or in your chosen mode of refund. We expect that you would not be utilizing the product and keep it in original condition along with its packing and tags. Once we pick up or get your returned item, we will do a complete quality check at our end. If the returned product doesn’t meet our quality check, then we will credit the paid amount into your account. If you want to get a refund, then you will be requesting to send us the required and requested details to us from your registered email id along with complete details of the product.

How long will it take for me to get refund for my returns?

It may take up to 3 weeks to get your refund. In fact, the refund time depends on time taken by the delivery partner to finally deliver the packet of your returned item to our returns processing facility.

Cancellation policy

What is Basketville Cancellation Policy?

After placing an order, in case you want to cancel your order, you can easily do so until it has not been processed and is in our warehouse. Any amount already paid by you will be refunded back.

I have cancelled my order. When can I expect to get my refund?

If you selected COD during your ordering time, there will be no amount to refund as you have not paid for the order. For the payments made using Debit card, Credit card or by Net Banking, you will get a refund either in your account at once after you cancelled your order or through cheque. If you have made the payment using Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card and want to get the refund back in your bank account, then please contact us with our customer care team. Refund, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.

Can the shipping address of order have changed after placing it?

Surely, you can change your order’s shipping address before we have processed it easily by contacting our customer care representatives.
